Delivery and Returns

 

 

By placing an order with us you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. You will not be charged for an order until your order is ready for despatch, after which you will need to follow our returns procedure to receive a refund. This may incur an additional charge and is subject to your order being in an acceptable condition when it is received by ourselves. We are unable to refund any shipping charge paid by yourselves, and in circumstances where your order was shipped with free shipping, and where the return of your order (or any part of it) is not due to product fault, error by ourselves or anything other than the direct choice of yourself, any refund will have the shipping charge paid by ourselves deducted from it.

 

 

When ordering Livestock you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange for in store collection as we don’t courier livestock. All our Livestock carries a 48 hour guarantee.

 

 

If you would like to return your order, and the items are in an unused, acceptable condition which includes full undamaged packaging, you must contact us within 48 hours, preferably via telephone. As already outlined, returns of this nature will incur additional charges.

 

 

If you return your order, due to product fault or other problems encountered (not as a result of misuse), you must contact us to arrange return. We will then arrange a replacement, repair or an alternative product. If we can see evidence of misuse of a product you will be made liable for any shipping costs and will be invoiced for these costs.
